What plan is my trial on and how long is it for?
No credit is required when signing up for MyCart account, and you will automatically be on our free plan. This plan offers a 14-day trial period for all of the advanced features of the platform. After your free trial has ended, your account will no longer get accessed to the advanced features unless you choose to upgrade your account to the Pro plan.
Our free plan offers basic functionality for up to 100 active users each month. If you exceed this number of users, any additional users beyond the 100 user limit will not be able to use the shopping cart features until the active user’s count resets on the next month, or you choose to upgrade to the Pro plan.
What does “Active Users” mean?
The active users count the number of unique users who engage with you by using the MyCart’s features within a period of a month. These users can be reached with MyCart automated messages. For example, the user has messaged you via the Page Inbox or who has clicked any button using the MyCart’s features.
Users acquired in the previous periods will not be counted towards as Active Users if they have not interacted with you during the current period.
When will the payment be charged to my credit card?
Pro Plan starts at the monthly price of $10 per MyCart store, which includes up to 200 active users for each one month period. As more users subscribe to your MyCart store, the price increases according to our sliding scale. You can see the pricing scale under the “Subscription” tab in your MyCart’s dashboard.
When you choose to upgrade your MyCart store to Pro Plan, you need to provide the credit card details to start the subscription. One month after your Pro Plan subscription is activated we will charge your credit card on file for the applicable fees you owe for the preceding month. We will continue charging your card each month on your Payment Date moving forward.
Can I cancel my Pro Plan subscription anytime?
If you feel that MyCart is not the best solution for you, you can absolutely cancel your service at any time. Your Pro Plan subscription will remain active until your next Payment Date, and your MyCart Store will switch the Free Plan.
Are there any setup fees or transaction fees?
No, you only pay the monthly price, no hidden fee or transaction fee.
Do I need to create my own Stripe account in order to accept payments?
Yes, after you set up your MyCart Store, you can create your own Stripe account and connect it instantly to your MyCart Store.
Based on your country (the country when you register your Stripe account and the country of your connected bank account) Stripe will charge a small fee, you may check how much Stripe charges for your country here.
